A DWSafety Fire Risk Assessment will identify the fire hazards, people or groups involved, and will evaluate the risks.

You must ensure that a Fire Risk Assessment of your premises is carried out and maintain a Fire Management Plan under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.

This applies if you are:

  1. Responsible for business premises
An employer or self-employed with business premises
Responsible for a part of a dwelling where that part is solely used for business purposes
    A charity or voluntary organisation
A contractor with a degree of control over any premises
    Providing accommodation for paying guests.

Good management of fire safety in your premises is essential to ensure the safety of your staff and visitors.

DWSafety’s Fire Risk Assessments will identify the fire hazards, people and groups involved. We will evaluate the risks, examine your fire detection, fire warning and emergency lighting systems and the means of escape to name a few items of many. The assessment contains an action plan for any improvements required, giving reasonable timescales to implement recommendations. stop here

We only carry out one Fire Risk Assessment per day unlike other companies offering Fire Risk Assessments and completing upto 3 or 4 a day.  When finding a competent assessor to complete a Fire Risk Assessment for you, ask them how long they will be on site and what you will get for your money. With DWSafety we go the extra mile and ensure that nothing is missed. You can be assured that we will not be rushing to complete the assessment to get to the next job. Our Fire Risk Assessments will not be beat for detail, quality and price.

A Fire Risk Assessment is vital for business contingency as, in the event of a fire at your premises, it is quite possible that your insurance company may dispute making payment if you do not have a current Fire Risk Assessment with a live action plan.
